* Used to clear the right of way for emergency or to warn approaching motorists of 
  potential hazards, such as a vehicle that is stopped or moving slower than the rate of 
  traffic, or a car that has been pulled over

* It comes with 15 cm length black holder to be inserted inside cone or can be used as             hand  held handle

* It also have a ON/OFF button for ease of operations

* It is operated by using dry cell batteries
